Scope and Provider

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts for the provision of GTA5Voice licenses and services. GTA5Voice is operated by: GTA5Voice Team, reachable at info@gta5voice.com. These T&C apply exclusively; differing terms are not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

License Models

We offer a single license:

GTA5Voice License (free): This license is free and can be used for both private and commercial servers. You may generate revenue (e.g., through selling items, skins, models, ranks, or accepting donations) without extra fees or license types.

Contract Formation

Obtaining a free license requires: (1) registering on gta5voice.com, (2) entering your TeamSpeak server UID, and (3) accepting these T&C. Access is granted immediately after registration.

Fees and Payment Terms

The GTA5Voice license is provided free of charge. There are no fees, hidden costs, automatic renewals, or subscription traps. The license remains free regardless of commercial usage or revenue generation.

License Conditions

Each license is bound to exactly one TeamSpeak server UUID and cannot be transferred or resold. The license holder agrees to use the license solely for the specified server. Transfer or rental to third parties is prohibited.

If we detect double usage, misuse, or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke the license and blacklist the TeamSpeak UUID.

Right to Revoke License

Since the license is provided for free, we reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or deactivate it at any time without cause. This particularly applies in cases of misuse, violations of these T&C, suspicious activity, or server overload. No prior notice or justification is required, and users are not entitled to compensation.

Data Protection and Storage

When obtaining a license, we collect the following data: Discord ID, TeamSpeak server UUID, IP address, and, if applicable, payment data. These are used for verification, abuse prevention, and account management. License data is stored for up to ten years for compliance. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

Warranty and Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. No warranty or uptime guarantee is given for the free license. We are fully liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for such contracts. Otherwise, liability is excluded. We are not responsible for downtime, technical errors, or data loss due to force majeure.

Changes and Termination

We may update these T&C at any time with reasonable notice to reflect service updates, legal requirements, or business changes. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms. The license may be suspended or removed at any time without notice.

Platforms and Support

GTA5Voice currently supports RAGE Multiplayer. Additional platforms may be added in the future. Support is provided via Discord and email depending on availability.

Final Provisions

These T&C are governed by German law. If any clause is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. Jurisdiction lies with the courts at the provider’s location. The EU Commission provides a dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
